  1. Really great show! Thank you…. Getting us all to slow down and listen to what’s really going on. I recommend the book, “Self Observation” by Red Hawk (not native American) for those interested in really tuning in to what’s happening with the authentic self. Simple principles and signposts guide you to the possibility of really being present. Thanks again for a great show.
