The truth is the biochip works like a sim card. It received pulsed modulated laser beams and millimeter wave which it converts into electromagnetic waves that your brain interprets into digital images and sound. It then takes what your brain sees and hears and converts electromagnetic waves into digital and acoustic waves that a computer translates into audio and video. In other words,
it allows law enforcement to see what you see, hear what you hear and communicate directly with your brain.

That is a total lie and you cannot back it up with any research. To simply imply that DARPA (that great unknown repository for conspiracy theorists.) has this neurotechnology is proposterous, ludicrous and far-reaching on your behalf..

I held a classified security clearance and I know for a fact that they can do this. Check out DARPA’s MUTE program. I know the weapons system engineer from the USAF that worked on this his entire USAF career and is still developing it. You’re ignorant and uninformed.
You’re an id10t. I held a classified security clearance. It is no longer secret. I spoke to my senators about it. It allows torture 24/7 and Virginia law enforcement have done this to thousands of innocent citizens, stolen their id’s and billed federal Medicaid w/o their knowledge for millions. Law enforcement and social workers are all criminal s in Virginia. Medicaid expansion is code for Medicaid fraud, health care fraud and identity theft.
