Dozens are dead in a chemical attack in the rebel-held Syrian province of Idlib. Russia and Syria both deny responsibility for the attack. The Justice Department asks for delay in a consent decree implementing reforms for the Baltimore Police Department, as part of an overall effort that could lead to the reversal of consent decrees the Obama Justice Department hammered out with police departments around the country. California State Senator Holly Mitchell wants to end the  prosecution of children under the age of 12, saying it’s time to do away with the cradle to prison pipeline. Nationwide protests on the anniversary of the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. highlight the Fight for a $15 an hour minimum wage.
