Guest: William Yeomans,  Ronald Goldfarb Fellow at the Alliance for Justice and Lecturer at Columbia Law School.  Previously, he served 26 years at the U.S. Department of Justice, including time as head of the Civil Rights Division.  He also spent 3 years as Sen. Edward Kennedy’s chief counsel on the Senate Judiciary Committee.
