The Murder of Alfred Olango in El Cajon, Califonia

Yesterday marked the second night, protesters gathered in El Cajon, California to demand accountability following another shooting death of an unarmed Black man by police. Alfred Olango sister called the authorities for assistance when he began acting usual due to him suffering a seizure. Once police arrived on the scene things escalated ending in Mr. Olango being tased and shot to death by police. Today we speak with Khalid Alexander and Tru7h organizers with Pillars of the Community, an organization that is dedicated to advocating for people who have been impacted by the criminal justice system.
