It has been more than a week now since police slaying of 22-year-old Stephon Clark, an unarmed black man in Sacramento Ca.
Clark was killed on the night of March 18 after law enforcement responded to complaints of an individual breaking car windows. Two police officers chased Clark into his grandparents backyard— where they shot at him 20 times.
