I live inn China. This kind of thing (gang rape/drugging/cover-ups) in a school context just doesn’t happen. Boys don’t treat girls this way. There is no culture of savage violence. They don’t have parties like this either–alcohol and drugs just aren’t in the equation. They go to KTV and crappy restaurants. What is wrong with Americans and American culture. From war to gang rap to frat boys and NO accountability, NO justice…why are we so barbaric? What in our culture and psychology makes us demonic?
My opinion. No other developed country has a war culture like ours. A hatred for women. Women in this country have the vote but they don’t have respect–because we have no respect for any person. We are broken. Slavery, genocide, war, PTSD…we are shattered. It permeates everything.
