Another Man Done Gone. A few songs from Cuba. Friends coming to town: Arlo Guthrie, Janis Ian & Tom Paxton. Happy Birthday Billie Holiday, and We Miss You, Phil Ochs. (And, Happy Birthday, big sister Sonny Ochs!) Plus, in honor of Hilary Clinton announcing she wants to run for President, I will play assorted songs with the names “Elizabeth” and “Warren” in them. Hosted by Kevin Vance.

Great show so far! I would love to ear some MAX OCHS, Phil’s finger-picking cousin. Still alive and picking in Maryland! Max was an original member of the Seventh Sons; an early 60s influential raga-folk rock group in Greenwich Village. Known for backing Fred Neil.
Thanks for the show! I requested Lila Nelson, “Dance With A Stranger” earlier–found her on FB and told her to send some mp3s! I think she lives in Oakland now. Here’s a link to the song on her bandcamp page: https://lilanelson.bandcamp.com/track/dance-with-a-stranger
