Letters and Politics – March 11, 2013

North Korea announced today that it has pulled out of the 1953 armistices that unofficially has held the peace for the last 60 years.  Meanwhile South Korea and the US begin military drills off the Peninsula today.  For analysis we’ll talk to Paul Liem of the Korea Policy Institute.

Then we continue our series of conversations on historic uprisings with the Nat Turner Slave Rebellion.  Our guest is playwright Michael Lange.
