Bluegrass mandolin turns to choro bandolim in the hands of Mike Marshall when he teams up with Hamilton de Hollanda. Also featured are debut CDs by up and coming bandolimista Danilo Brito as well as polyglotte chanteuse and accordionist Jessica Fichot.

In his talk "Is America Driving You Crazy?" Stephen Bezruchka links the surging rates of mental illness and psychiatric drug use in the US to the widening gap between rich and poor.
