Harriet Whitman Lee wears many hats, including mediator. Rhodessa Jones, a Bay Area treasure, uses artistic creativity as a tool for social justice and change. Katharina Dress is a mediator for conflict management, with a focus on the aging. Catherine Orland, a trainer and facilitator, specialises in multicultural education, cultural competency, organisational development and conflict resolution. Today, these women talk about the challenges of leaning forward in the 21st century, and what that looks like for many women who have been taught to fear—or be of courage. We invite listeners to phone in with comments/questions for today's guests.
