Hector Aristizabal grew up in Medellin, Colombia, during the height of the cartel wars, where he saw members of his family tortured and killed. Now he’s a psychotherapist, theater artist, and activist, who has worked everywhere from Afghanistan to Syrian refugee camps. We spend the hour discussing the journey from trauma to healing.
