How can Latinos impact California’s primary?

Plus, on Wednesday the House Natural Resources Committee passed a bill that would help restructure Puerto Rico’s 72 billion dollar debt. Some critics are calling it outright colonialism. Professor Rafael Bernabe join us to explain.
