An unlikely candidate wins the Mexican legislative elections – Will it make a difference?

Last Sunday, Mexico held municipal and legislative elections. We’ll talk with journalist Anabelle Hernandez about how an unlikely candidate won the governorship of the northern state of Nuevo Leon, Mexican politics, and the state of the US-Mexico drug war.
