0:34 – The newly released film The Last Black Man in San Francisco is a locally made fictional drama about a black man, Jimmie Fails, and his efforts to reclaim his childhood home, a Victorian house in the Fillmore District, built by his grandfather. The film stars Jimmie Fails, Jonathan Majors, Danny Glover, Tichina Arnold and Mike Epps. It had its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival on January 26 of this year, and won the Best Directing award. We speak with the director, Joe Talbot about his directorial debut, The Last Black Man in San Francisco (@LastBlackManSF).
