Contra Costa County Sheriff thinks the county need a new high security prison but not everyone agrees with him. Also, former member of the San Quentin 6, Willie Tate, joins us in studio to talk about the of Hugo Pinell, 71, who was killed in a prison riot while serving two life sentences, most of it in solitary confinement.
