Contra Costa County Sheriff thinks the county need a new high security
prison but not everyone agrees with him. We’ll have organizer Nancy Kelly in studio to talk about why she thinks its not a priority for the county to expand their prison infrastructure. Also, former member of the San Quentin 6, Willie Tate, joins us in studio to talk about the of Hugo Pinell, 71, who was killed in a prison riot while serving two life sentences, most of it in solitary confinement.
