This past saturday was the “march for science” in washington DC and across the country. The marchers wanted to send a message to the administration who have questioned science, and the truth of climate change. But, not everyone agreed with the way marchers portrayed the scientific endeavor as something politically neutral. Dr. John Alaniz a historian of science at the University of California, Berkeley, joins us in the studio.
