Urana’s book suggests powerful and engaging ways for adults to support and mentor girls, ages 12 thru 17. Based on more than 20 years of experience as educator, trainer and mental health clinician, Ms. Jackson’s workbook contains exercises and activities for coaching self esteem and self confidence in girls.
