A police officer who shot and killed an unarmed African American man is the subject of a criminal investigation. Police video of the incident shows officers left the victim, Terrence Crutcher, to bleed to death. Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren lays into Wells Fargo Bank Chief Executive after he apologizes for betraying customers’ trust. Warren says opening millions of additional accounts for unknowing customers fattened bank profits and his own wallet. The father of the New York and New Jersey bomb suspect says he told the FBI two years ago his son is a terrorist. Anti police brutality activists march into S.F. City Hall, demanding a public hearing on the blue ribbon panel investigation of the death of Mario Woods. Prison rights and family advocates urge Governor Jerry Brown to sign a bill protecting the rights of jail inmates to have in-person visits with their families.
