The day after Donald Trump refused to say whether he’d accept the result of the presidential election, he tells an Ohio rally he wants to reserve his right to file a legal challenge “in the case of a questionable result.”  President Obama promotes his health overhaul by saying that never in U.S. history has the uninsured rate been lower than it is today — he urges young people to sign up. San Francisco homeless advocacy groups urge people living on the streets to register to vote. The Emeryville City unanimously approves new rules to require large employers to provide work schedules two week in advance and to offer current part time workers more hours when they become available rather than hiring more part time help.
