Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump criss cross the swing states in a final mad dash on the last full day of campaigning. Clinton gets a last minute boost when F.B.I. Director Comey says that investigators had worked around the clock to complete a review of newly discovered emails and found no reason to change their July finding that Clinton was not guilty of criminal wrongdoing in her use of a private email server while secretary of state. Bernie Sanders campaigns on election eve for Proposition 61, which supporters say would finally begin to rein in price gouging by the pharmaceutical industry. For the second time in 72 hours, Berkeley police dismantle a homeless encampment — this one on the steps of Berkeley City Hall.
