Hillary Clinton campaigns in Arizona where she’s hoping a strong turnout by Latino voters will flip the traditionally Republican state. Donald Trump is in Florida where he urges his supporters to turn out, warning them this is the last chance they have to beat the “rigged system”. President Obama says it may be possible to reroute the Dakota Access Pipeline. The Standing Rock Sioux have led a weeks-long protest against the pipeline which threatens a waterway and sacred burial grounds. Supporters of a ballot measure to establish a San Francisco watchdog, stage a “bark the vote” rally at City Hall.
