British security officials say four people are dead, including the assailant, in what they’re calling a terrorist attack on Westminster Bridge and outside the British parliament. President Donald Trump and House Republican leaders crank up pressure on recalcitrant conservatives and other Republican lawmakers a day before the House is set to vote to repeal the Affordable Care Act. Richmond files suit against Donald Trump’s executive order to punish sanctuary cities. Immigrants rights and labor groups  protest outside the offices of  Contra Costa County Sheriff David Livingston over his cooperation with federal immigration authorities.
