A San Francisco Supervisors panel holds a hearing on two competing versions of legislation to address fraudulent owner move-in evictions. Assembly Speaker Anthony Rendon says the Assembly will not take up single payer Medicare-for-All style legislation this term, saying the legislation as currently drafted is woefully inadequate.
