Outrage over a second police killing in as many days — this one in suburban St. Paul, Minnesota. The girl friend of Philando Castile says she live- streamed the police action “so the world knows the police are here to assassinate us because we are black”. Republicans on Capitol Hill grill FBI Director James Comey on his decision to recommend against prosecution of Hillary Clinton for the use of a private email server while she was Secretary of State.  San Francisco voters will get a chance to vote on a soda tax on the November ballot.  A San Francisco protest urges Wal-mart not to underwrite the Republican National Convention.
