The Senate set to vote on beginning debate on health and tax cut legislation that was believed dead just last week. Governor Jerry Brown, joined by former Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, signs legislation extending the state’s cap and trade program until 2030. Donald Trump ramps up the pressure on Attorney General Jeff Sessions, saying he has taken very “weak” positions — in an apparent attempt to force Sessions to resign.
