The House prepared to join the Senate in approving a  budget resolution  which includes instructions to repeal the Affordable Care Act. The family of the first man shot by San Francisco police this year says Sean Moore had a mental illness that police knew about. Moore was critically wounded. The California Assembly takes a largely party line vote approving Los Angeles Congressman Xavier Becerra as Attorney General. Hundreds of San students from four Bayview schools  march to commemorate the life of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
