Secretary of State John Kerry blasts Israel in unusually blunt language for its settlements policies on occupied Palestinian lands. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu quickly responds, calling Kerry’s Mideast policy speech a great disappointment, but saying better days lie ahead with the incoming Trump Administration. Turkey’s foreign minister says his country and Russia have prepared an agreement for a ceasefire in Syria. The Attorney for an African American man shot and paralyzed by a Dallas Fort Worth police officer releases dashcam video of the incident in which David Collie was shot in the back. Afterwards he was chained to his hospital bed. Some San Francisco homeless people forced to live on the streets say they fear for their safety.
