The city of Berkeley denies a rally permit to a right-wing group, but the event is likely to go forward anyway — anti-fascist groups are mobilizing. An immigration judge orders an undocumented Oakland father released on bond. He’s the sole breadwinner for a family with three children and a fourth on the way.
