Donald Trump’s top aides today discuss whether the U.S. should remain part of the Paris Climate accord. Environmental and other groups gather outside the San Francisco office of Senator Dianne Feinstein  to urge her to hold the line on violations of environmental and civil rights policies that Republicans plan to tuck into a must-pass budget resolution. Arkansas officials are vowing to press forward with plans to carry out a double execution on Thursday, despite court rulings that blocked similar plans for a double execution last night. Criminal justice reform groups faced off against bail bonds and law enforcement groups at a California assembly committee hearing on legislation to do away with the bail bond system.
