George Brooks trio

Saxophonist George Brooks leads a trio that pays homage to composer Terry Riley (who turned 81 on June 24) by extrapolating on Riley’s deep involvement with and expression of Indian music. Pianist Osam Ezzeldin and violinist/vocalist Ganesh Rajagopalan join Brooks tonight for a live studio concert, previewing Friday night’s performance at the Berkeley Arts Festival.
