Vivek Murthy, our U.S. Surgeon General, has named loneliness as a serious public health risk for our country, with half of our citizens reporting feeling lonely at any one time.

We explore how NOT to respond to loneliness in ourselves, and then explore nurturing and powerful ways to respond that enhance our social, mental, and spiritual health.  Three of our favorites are these:

  2. Offer support to someone else
  3. Ask for help from someone else
