Your first guest sounds like a mindless Republican clone reading off a RPC checklist —
Obama bad — check. Obamacare bad — check. Terrorists coming to kill thousands of Americans — check. Climate change minor pain — check.
Perhaps she should examine the costs of weather-related events over the last ddozen years.
Perhaps she should look @ the stats of how many Americans are killed on our highways each year or
how many Americans are killed by legal guns in our country (not by terrorists) and compare either one of those to how many Americans have been killed in the last 16 years, 9/11 included.
Perhaps she should blame non-working immigration policies on the party responsible — Congress, which has ignored its duty to address this issue since before Ronald Reagan ‘forgave’ the last wave of undocumented immigrants 40 years ago. Obama has spent more money and employed more border guards and sent more immigrants back than the Republicans ever dreamed of.
But the border access is the responsibility of Congress, and they have failed for decades to do anything.
