After more than 50 years, the flag was again raised over a U.S. embassy in Havana, Cuba.  What will this shift in relations mean, to Cuba and the Caribbean?  Dr. Gerald Horne gives us some history.  PLUS: Sakura Kone visits from his home in New Orleans, where he is a community activist, to share some reality of 10 years after Katrina.  With host Kris Welch.
