As police actions at the Dakota Access protests escalate, more and more activists from around the US are joining the water protectors. On today’s show we’ll go to North Dakota once more to turn to Rose Aguilar, a journalist who has been covering the developing story. And, Iceland’s election results are in. While many in the US left are celebrating wins by the anti-establishment Pirate Party, the outcome is more complicated. Our guest expert Vidar Thorsteinsson will explain. And, filmmaker Fred Peabody joins us to discuss his new documentary, All Governments Lie: Truth, Deception, and the Spirit of I.F. Stone.
