Donald Trump has picked ultra-conservative judge Neil Gorsuch for Supreme Court nominee to replace Justice Scalia’s seat on the nation’s highest court. And, the Council on American Islamic Relations has filed the biggest lawsuit to date against the Trump Administration over the Muslim ban, saying it violates the Constitutionally-protected religious freedoms of Muslims.
