On today’s show we’ll spend the hour discussing race and policing. First, Norm Stamper, former Seattle police chief joins us to discuss his book To Protect and Serve: How To Fix America’s Police. Stamper has been one of the strongest critics of policing tactics coming from someone with a law enforcement background. Then, Alicia Garza, one of the three co-founders of Black Lives Matter will share her thoughts and ideas on where the movement is three years after it was founded.
