Heaton will discuss his new book, “The Gospel of Self: How Jesus Joined the GOP.” And, Tressie McMillan Cottom is the author of Lower Ed: The Troubling Rise of For-Profit Colleges in the New Economy. She’ll explore whether private schools are really delivering on their promises of education and good job prospects, or whether they are simply “diploma mills,” that leave students in debt and still unable to find decent jobs.
