Special Broadcast

Support the Pacifica Radio Archives!

We are breaking away from our regular broadcast to help raise funds for the historic Pacifica Radio Archives, which holds the 60,000 tape history of Pacifica Radio going back to 1949. You can help digitize recordings by Historic people who fought for Peace, Equality, Justice and creativity like Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Rosa Parks, James Baldwin, Allen Ginsberg, Alan Watts, Fannie Lou Hamer, John Coltrane, Leonard Cohen, Maya Angelou and so many others.

Our work preserving these voices and recordings has benefited so many over the years including Students, Scholars, documentarians, film productions, Schools and Universities and thousands of our listeners.

During these Online Learning Times, there is no greater collection of reference materials than the Pacifica Radio Archives’ recordings. These recordings are perfect for home schooling and online learning environments.

This is the perfect gift for the Holidays: The Gift of Knowledge.

Your support Helps us continue our Good Work.

There is only ONE place you can find this History: The Pacifica Radio Archives.
