Guest: Peter Irons is a political scientist, constitutional historian, civil rights attorney, and former prisoner of conscious, as well as professor emeritus of political science at the University of California, San Diego. He is the author of several books including A People’s History of the Supreme Court: The Men and Women Whose Case and Decisions Have Shaped Our Constitution.
