Pope Francis is visiting Bangladesh after his historic trip to Myanmar this week. While he thanked Bangladesh for accepting hundreds of thousands of Rohingya refugees fleeing from Myanmar, he did not mention the word Rohingya publicly in Myanmar. We’ll turn to Edith Mirante today to hear part 2 of our 2-part conversation about it. Then, a defense lawyer has had a ring-side seat to how our criminal justice system works and has written a powerful expose of the bias judges display. We’ll speak with Zoe Dolan about her experience and analysis. Finally we’ll hear from Tabitha Fronk, a board-certified registered art therapist who has worked in the field of art therapy for 25 years. She’ll explain why she and other art therapists are opposed to their field’s promotion by Second Lady Karen Pence, Mike Pence’s wife.
