Then, a transgender prisoner has sued the Trump Administration over the constitutionality of one of his earliest executive orders that the lawsuit claims will put transgender prisoners at risk. We’ll speak with Shannon Minter, Legal Director at the National Center for Lesbian Rights and part of the legal team representing the plaintiff in Maria Moe v Donald Trump.

Then, we explore Bay Area wildfire preparedness issues as our state reels from the devastating fires in Southern California, in conversation with Jovi Dai, a Bay Area News Group data reporter for The Mercury News and East Bay Times, who specializes in in-depth data analysis to uncover Bay Area issues.
