La Raza Chronicles

La Raza Chronicles – September 15, 2015

this episode is no longer available

Tonight we are excited to offer “Buddy Passes” to the Latino Film Festival to listeners who donate to our fall fund drive! The Buddy passes are good for two people to see five films of their choice. We will feature interviews with some of the festival’s filmmakers and the festival director/founder Lucho Ramirez. The program will also include: an intimate glimpse of historical memory in Chile about the Sept 11th Coup of 1973; a commentary and poem about immigration; and the details about the upcoming 5th anniversary Nicaraguan event “El Gueguense” in San Francisco with dance, drama, food and drink. Please support La Raza Chronicles and help make the fund drive a success! Keep La Raza programing alive!
