This is a conversation on gentrification in down town Oakland.. It features excerpts from a planning meeting held Wednesday night at Paramount theater… U hear clips from City council president Lynette McAlhaney, Black developer Alan Dunes and mayor Libby Shaaf.

Next we have an interview with Dwayne Wiggins giving a historical breakdown of artists, Oakland and how Black folks have never been helped. Dwayne has not been asked to advice on the plight of artist in spite his numerous projects

Later we have a conversation with Kev Choice, promoter Chaney Turner and artist/ activist Leon “Dnaste” Sykes. They give a report back from the Mayors State of the City and share their experiences with the meetings around downtown development.
