Just a thought. I looked at a photo of the suspect that was caught and I could see right away that his eyes are reptilian. Not sure, of course, but that might have something to do with this because they (reptilians) are not empathetic and they are also tied in with the movement to create violence and racial discord and chaos which prevents the people from uniting to fight their common enemy.
