President Obama on Monday granted clemency to 231 federal inmates, the most in a single day by any president in U.S. history. Obama commuted the prison sentences of 153 people and pardoned 78 others, among the list of names was Oscar Lopez Rivera. He has been imprisoned since 1981. Today on Hard Knock, we speak with Professor Jose Lopez, the brother of Puerto Rican nationalist, Oscar Lopez Rivera about his commuted sentence.
