Over the last 30 years, obesity rates have increased significantly among American adults. There are significant racial and ethnic disparities in obesity prevalence rates, with African Americans being more likely to be obese compared to other ethnic groups. On today’s program, we speak with New York Times bestselling author, Dr. Rameck Hunt.
Dr. Rameck Hunt is Board Certified both in internal medicine and obesity medicine and is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Dr. Hunt practices internal medicine at the University Medical Center at Princeton. He has also started and is the medical director of the medical weight management program at the University Medical Center of Princeton.
