3/29/21 Allergies

Spring has officially sprung. And, along with sunshine and warm weather, Spring brings allergies. According to the American Academic of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, more than 26 million Americans suffer from seasonal allergies, and that’s not including allergies from food and other sources. And particularly for Bay Area residents, the same blooming flowers and lush plant-life that make our little corner of the world beautiful, can also cause runny noses, sneezing, irritated eyes, and other allergy symptoms. So, in this episode, we talk about allergies—what causes them and what we can do about them. Host David B. Feldman speaks with Dr. Michael Lenoir, allergist, pediatrician, and former host of ‘About Health.’
