The U.S. Supreme Court has affirmed the concept that people with
disabilities should live in the least restrictive setting possible,
but what does that mean for people in institiutions such as Laguna Honda Hospital in San Francisco? Should people with disabilities continue to live in institutions like
Laguna Honda, or should they have the option of living in the community in less
restrictive settings?
