The Morning Show talks with Greg Grandin, Professor of Latin American History at NYU, and author of “Fordlandia: The Rise and Fall of Henry Ford's Forgotten Jungle City”. Then another edition on the California budget crisis, Fair Share: The Property Tax with Christopher Martinez. Followed by a discussion of the political Scandal in Italy with Roberto Festa, correspondent for La Republica and Radio Popolare. In the second hour the San Francisco Bike Plan comes up for a vote. We talk with Andy Thornley, program director for the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition. Wrapping up the program Robert Frank, author and Prof. of Management and Economics at Cornell Univ. will be in to talk about his book, “The Economic Naturalists Field Guide: Common Sense Principles for Troubled Times."
